Once you have approved an application you may want to file a UCC. Once filed and approved by the respective SoS, you are in a secured position to collect.

- To file a UCC, select the business and/or owner(s) you would like to place the filing for. Please note: as long as the owner and business are located in the same jurisdiction, you can include them on one filing. If located in different jurisdictions, two filings are required.
- Click “Perform UCC Filing”
- Complete the UCC filing form
- Select Save & Submit
- After the filling has been sent it is submitted to the secretary of state for approval
💡It usually takes a one business day for the SoS approval.
