UCC Search

The UCC Search feature allows you to identify Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings associated with a business or individual. UCC filings indicate whether a lender or secured party has a legal claim (lien) on assets or receivables, which is an important input for underwriting decisions. You can pull the current and the past filings of the business and the owner.

UCC Search is powered by First Corporate Solutions.
