Enhancements:
- SOS Links are now provided in the Quick Search window, allowing users to go into each SOS before they create the Application.
- An Updated Filing Button has been added to the UCC View information screen. If a Filing is in a Status that you believe should have changed, you now have the chance to push the button to force a refresh of the data from FCS. If the data is still not updated, the User can check with their FCS representative.
- FCS can now download E-File for filings in Portfolio. FCS provides a Filing Image generated by them if the user requires it. This is found in the UCC View information screens.
Various Fixes
- Improved handling of FCS Filing Statuses. Some Statuses for UCCs were not being updated correctly previously. Changes have been made to better audit those cases and take action to resolve those issues immediately.

Enhancements:
- Users can now request Documents and request UCC Reports from Quick Search
- This works for No Results Report and Search Results Report
- No Results Report now shows the full State name instead of the abbreviation
Bug Fixes:
- Search Results Report always stated “State of Oklahoma”, now it is showing the state searched on.
- Direct Termination allows to select a State/Jurisdiction in case FCS doesn’t provide that data.

Enhancements:
- Users can switch Application Status to any status
- Added more code to detect effectively that FCS is not sending failure reasons with a Failed filing
- Time window for recovering password has been updated from 5 mins to 60 mins
- Secretary of State is the first option every time user will select a Jurisdiction as it has been observed that our users always files with the SOS
- Now if FCS updates a Jurisdiction in their system, ROX reflects that change also in our Jurisdiction system within 24 hrs, before it was only adding jurisdictions to our system
Bug Fixes:
- We’ve also detected some inconsistencies when handling Canadian states, so we disabled that feature for now and started work in parallel to solve that ASAP
