RoxWrite Modules

The RoxWrite platform has 5 key modules: Dashboard, Quick Search, Applications, UCC Management, and Settings. Each module represents an area that provides purpose-driven and user-focused workflows.

Dashboard

The dashboard is your jumping off point into the rest of Rox’s underwriting modules. Here you can quickly check the pulse of your underwriting pipeline and review key metrics including average application duration, total application volume, and the value of those applications.

Quick Search

The Quick Search module allows you to run a search on a potential applicant without having to complete an application.  Quickly search any of the reports available in the system:  FMCSA, UCC, and background searches.

Applications

The Applications module is centric to beginning the underwriting process. In this module you will build an underwriting profile for the business and owners under evaluation.  Once a user has been evaluated and approved within the system, applicants then move to “Client” status.

Rox utilizes an applicant’s identifying information across a number of third-party data providers. This enables you to generate a centralized underwriting profile to review aggregated reports in one consolidated module.

UCC Management

The UCC module provides you with a pre-filtered tabbed list of all the existing clients  you have a UCC relationship with, segmented by your relationship status.

The main statuses available are: Active, Expiring, Awaiting Response, Successful Amendments, Rejected Amendments and Terminated

  1. Active - all active UCCs filed through Rox
  2. Expiring- alerts you of soon-to-lapse clients
  3. Awaiting Response - pending confirmation from SoS
  4. Successful Amendments - successfully submitted amendments
  5. Rejected Amendments - amendments rejected from SoS due to error
  6. Terminated - UCCs that have been terminated through Rox

Settings

The Settings module is where you can manage users, roles, sales representatives and collateral templates used during the underwriting process.
